Learner Lane Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This policy explains what data the Learner Lane app handles. Learner Lane is made by Beshift.
Summary
- No accounts, no ads, and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- Your progress and driving log stay on your device.
- To show the Pass Pass offer and handle purchases, the app uses Superwall, which receives purchase data and basic device and usage data. This data isn't linked to your name, email address or any account.
Data kept only on your device
- The country you're preparing for and your app language
- Practice progress: stars, hazard clip scores, quiz results and how many free clips or questions you've used today
- Driving log entries you add (start time, duration, day or night, and any note) and your hours goal
- Whether Pass Pass is unlocked, and your sound setting
This data stays in the app's storage on your device, and deleting the app removes it. We can't see it.
Data shared with Superwall
Superwall runs the Pass Pass offer screen and helps confirm purchases. When you use the app, Superwall receives:
- Purchase history: the in-app purchases offered, bought or restored
- Device data: the identifier Apple assigns to our apps on your device (identifier for vendor), and details such as device model, iOS version, language and app version
- Product interaction: when the Pass Pass screen is shown, closed, or used to buy or restore
- App settings: the country you chose, your app language and whether Pass Pass is unlocked, so the right offer is shown
We use this data to provide the app's purchase features and to understand how the offer performs. It isn't used for advertising and isn't sold. Superwall describes how it handles data in the Superwall privacy policy.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Apple. We don't receive your payment details, and Apple's privacy policy applies to the payment.
Advertising and tracking
Learner Lane shows no ads, doesn't use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and doesn't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Children
Learner Lane is made for learner drivers and the people who supervise them. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
You can remove all data stored on your device by deleting the app. Learner Lane has no accounts, so there's no profile to close.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
